What is Snug?
Snug is your personal planner. Calendar, tasks, recipes, shopping lists, pages, and files, all in one place.
What platforms is Snug available on?
Snug works in any browser and has native Android and iOS apps.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New families get a 3-month free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required. Sign up through a friend's referral link and your trial is 6 months.
Account & Billing
How much does Snug cost?
Two subscription options are available:
Snug Plus: $4.99/month or $44.99/year per family (25 GB per file, 250 GB total storage)
Snug Max: $12.99/month or $119.99/year per family (100 GB per file, 2 TB total storage)
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays safe. You get read-only access until you subscribe to Snug Plus or Snug Max.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any point, and access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
Features
Does Snug sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. Connecting Google Calendar syncs events both ways.
Can I share tasks with specific family members?
Yes. Tasks can be assigned to one or more household members.
Do recurring tasks and appointments work?
Yes. Daily, weekly, and monthly recurrence is available, with full Google Calendar-style editing (edit one, edit all, delete this/future/all).
What languages is Snug available in?
Snug is fully translated into English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, and Portuguese (Brazil), with automatic browser-based detection and a manual override.
Privacy & Security
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. We never sell your data.
Can other families see my data?
No. Each family's data is completely isolated. Even if a member belongs to multiple families, data never crosses between them.
