Cookie policy
Effective date: September 9, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies Snug Planner uses on snugplanner.com and the choices you have. For how we handle your personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We use them only for the two purposes below. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers or any third party.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
stu_consent |
Necessary | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we do not ask again on every visit. Holds no analytics data. | ~180 days |
stu_vid |
Analytics | A first-party visitor id that lets us count visits and understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. | ~365 days |
Both are first-party cookies, set by snugplanner.com. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks, or any third-party tracking cookies.
Necessary cookies
These keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. The stu_consent cookie is set once you make a choice, and it is always allowed because the site needs it to respect your preference.
Analytics cookies
If you accept them, we set the stu_vid cookie to measure how the site is used so we can improve it. They are optional. If you are in the EEA or UK, we set nothing for analytics until you accept. Elsewhere analytics may be on by default, and you can turn it off at any time with the control below.
Managing your choices
You can change your mind at any time. Select Cookie settings in the site footer to turn analytics cookies on or off. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time and will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
